Campaign for how to increase the number of tourists visiting the “September Inn” during shoulder seasons.
The main observation with the tourism in the area where September Inn is located is its seasonality: the occupancy rate during the main summer season, May to September, is close to 100%, but this falls precipitously to about 30% during the shoulder seasons of March-April and October-November.
About 15 companies annually book several days for company gatherings, booking the whole Inn, more than half of the companies being from the IT sector; this is based on a 30% price-reduced package that includes lodging, board, and meeting rooms.
In addition, I also looked at the megatrends, such as the shift to working from home and the rise in local and sustainable tourism. In Romania, 69% had a positive remote work experience during COVID-19 and 51% of organizations plan to introduce remote and hybrid working policies.

Objective: Increase the number of companies booking multiday meetups during the shoulder seasons.
Insight: I want to meet my work colleagues physically and get to know them, but I want to do it in a safe environment and in a sustainable way.
Proposition: Organize events at the Inn that connect IT companies from the nearby cities with local sustainability activities.
Support: The Inn involves you in improving the sustainability of tourism in the area.
